What types of materials do you use in your jewelry designs?
All silver designs are created using fine or sterling silver - unless otherwise noted.
Stitched pieces are stitched by hand with super tough Fireline to keep them strong for years to come.
All lampwork beads are kiln annealed to ensure strength and durability.
I also use Swarovski crystals, glass seed beads, and many other interesting and attractive materials that are listed with each item on the shopping page.

What is a lampwork bead?
Lampwork beads are created by melting glass rods with the flame of a torch. The molten glass is wound around a stainless steel mandrel. Several layers of glass are used to make each bead. The beads are then kiln annealed, cleaned and inspected.
-
Do you create your own lampwork beads?
Yes! All of my lampwork creations are fired in my home studio and then kiln annealed to ensure strength and durability.
-
What is fine silver or PMC?
Microscopic particles of silver or gold are mixed with a moist organic binder to create a material that has the feel and working properties of modeling clay. Using simple tools, objects are given shape, texture, and character. After air-drying, the objects are kiln heated to temperatures approaching the melting point of the metal, where the water and binder completely burn away allowing the silver or gold particles to fuse together to form solid .999 silver or gold metal. The piece can then be fired, soldered, or enameled.
-
Do you create your own PMC designs?
Yes! All of my PMC creations are designed, kiln heated, and polished in my home studio.
-
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! My jewelry designs are one of a kind. However, if you see something you like that is no longer available, I may be able to create a similar piece for you. Contact me so we can work together on a piece that is perfect for you!
Check the custom products on the shopping page to order your very own, one of a kind, personalized jewelry piece.

Do you ship Internationally?
